Overview

During my time at SAP, I had the opportunity to work in both the customer success and marketing space, giving me a holistic view of the customer’s journey from decision making to post-purchase experience.

In the customer success space, I was able to create external-facing presentations for customer use, as well as enablement materials to support customer success managers with their day-to-day tasks. In this space, I had the ability to support and work in multiple post-purchase workstreams.

In the marketing space, I worked to promote the SAP Enterprise Support portfolio to customers, ensuring compliance in external communications, governance of service naming, and promoting awareness of new features.


Design

During my time as a Digital Content Coordinator, I was tasked to redesign slide decks for the customer success space to align with SAP’s upcoming branding update. The team needed 30 new slide decks to cover a wide range for different solution portfolios and customer stages, to be created within a month.

With a project this large, we had to set up a structured approach to ensure that we could create everything for customer use by our set deadline. To do so, we employed the following steps:
